Chefs World Summit 2017


On 26, 27 and 28 November 2017, the Chefs World Summit 2017 will take place at Grimaldi Forum Monaco.


If you are an actor in the world of gastronomy, you won’t want to miss the second edition of this event, organised under the high patronage of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco.

A hub of the culinary arts

Last year, 1,200 participants and 100 suppliers of high-quality products from all over the world came together for the event to share their innovations and concerns. This year, more than 130 speakers will be presenting, sharing and discussing changes, experiences and practical tips regarding the food and restaurant industry.
This hub of the culinary arts is a first-class platform for training and inspiring a new generation of catering professionals.

What’s in store

The agenda includes conferences, debates, and live demonstrations by world-renowned chefs and international experts as well as meetings with the world’s best suppliers. The magazine Le Chef will be announcing the “100 Best Chefs in the World” on 26 November, at the start of the conference.

The organising committee comprises twenty famous chefs including 5 chefs from Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. Dominique Lory, Jean-Claude Brugel, Paolo SariBenoît Witz and Denis Durand will be preparing the opening cocktail together, just after the announcement of the “100 Best Chefs in the World”.
The event will also be an opportunity to discover cuisine by Paolo Sari, chef of the restaurant Elsa, who will be participating in the conference “Local gastronomy: cooking amazing food with local products” on Sunday, 26 November at 2pm.
