Gastronomic events in the Blue Bay & La Posta restaurants


Monte-Carlo SBM, La Posta and Alitalia are the partners of this event with an exchange of great chefs from the Blue Bay Restaurant in Monte-Carlo from April 19th to 22nd, and La Posta in Beirut from May 10th to 12th.


Two great chefs : Marcel Ravin, Le Blue Bay, and Maroun Chedid, La Posta.

Two fabulous destinations : Monte-Carlo, Monaco, and Beirut, Lebanon.


At the Restaurant La Posta in Beirut, Lebanon from May 10th to 12th:

  • Marcel Ravin will propose his cuisine of cross-bred influences, a real invitation to a voyage of the senses, brilliantly blending spices, herbs and exotic flavors. Highly inventive, the main vocation of Marcel Ravin’s cuisine is that of tasty and tasteful food.

    Marcel Ravin has his own philosophy. He has been at the helm of the kitchens in the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort since it opened in 2005. A new talent who came to confirm the tradition of gastronomic excellence pursued by Monte-Carlo SBM establishments. 

  • La Posta :
    Set in a century-old house with a garden, belonging to the heritage of Lebanese architecture. A relaxed atmosphere in a contemporary setting. A menu featuring classics of Italian gastronomy and the latest trends, served with courtesy and simplicity.

    In the restaurant L’Orange Verte, a Lebanese corner will also be open from 12 noon to midnight, inviting guests to discover Lebanese gastronomy.


    On Sunday, April 22, “brunch & bubbles” will feature several dishes with a Lebanese influence.
